ORAN, Mo. -- Harold "Bud" Sietman, 79, of Oran died Monday, Aug. 20, 2007, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Aug. 13, 1927, at Oran, son of Henry B. and Anna Marie Swingler Sietman.
Sietman was a retired self-employed farmer. He was a member of Guardian Angel Catholic Church and St. Joseph Sodality.
Survivors include a loving and caring companion, Doris Walter of Oran; five stepsons, Ronnie Walter of Cape Girardeau, Randy and Kim Walter of Oran, Danny Walter of Chaffee, Mo., Scott Walter of Oran; seven stepdaughters, Carla Ray of Oran, Sharlett Eftink of Chaffee, Donna Dinges of South Bend, Ind., Gail Dumey of Chaffee, Karen Pobst of Scott City, Cindy Pobst of Chaffee, Sandy Mahurin of Bloomington, Ind.; 41 stepgrandchildren; and 24 great-stepgrandchildren.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran after 4 p.m. today. Parish prayers will be at 6:30.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Guardian Angel Church, with the Rev. John Harth officiating. Burial will be in Guardian Angel Cemetery.
