JONESBORO, Ill. -- Harold L. "Cotton" Dillow, 67, Jonesboro Route 1, died Sunday, Oct. 8, 1995, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. He was born Oct. 17, 1927, son of Peter D. and Zona Dillow. Dillow was a farmer and had been a rural postal carrier many years. He was a member of Anna Church of the Nazarene, Rural Letter Carriers, and Kornthal Church Board. He was a veteran of World War II...

JONESBORO, Ill. -- Harold L. "Cotton" Dillow, 67, Jonesboro Route 1, died Sunday, Oct. 8, 1995, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Oct. 17, 1927, son of Peter D. and Zona Dillow.

Dillow was a farmer and had been a rural postal carrier many years. He was a member of Anna Church of the Nazarene, Rural Letter Carriers, and Kornthal Church Board. He was a veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Norma Jean; a son, Jerry Dillow of Jonesboro; a daughter, Trena Boyd of Auburn, Neb.; two brothers, Leon Dillow of Murphysboro, George Dillow of Herrin; three sisters, Genevieve Wiggs and Deloris Landreth of Jonesboro, Irene Dillow of Dongola, and five grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Anna Church of the Nazarene, with the Revs. Ralph Lee and Donald Dillow officiating. Burial will be in Anna Cemetery.

Friends may call at Hileman and Parr Funeral Home in Jonesboro from 5-8 p.m. today, and at the church Wednesday from 11 a.m. to service time.
