DONGOLA, Ill. -- Harold J. Frick, 79, of Dongola, died Oct. 18, 1994, at Union County Hospital in Anna. He was born April 15, 1915, in Jonesboro, son of Sidney and Mary Ussery Frick. DONGOLA, Ill. -- Harold J. Frick, 79, of Dongola, died Oct. 18, 1994, at Union County Hospital in Anna.

He was born April 15, 1915, in Jonesboro, son of Sidney and Mary Ussery Frick. He married Esther Bourland Nov. 14, 1940, in Cape Girardeau.

He was a retired mental health technician. He was a member of Jonesboro Masonic Lodge and Jonesboro Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include his wife; four daughters, Mary D. Light of Dongola, Maxine Pixley of Basalt, Colo., Janice Davis of Conway, S.C., and Barbara Hash of Plano, Texas; a brother, Ford Frick of Carbondale; eight grandchildren, and a great-grandchild.

Funeral service will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Norris and Son Funeral Home in Jonesboro. The Revs. Leon Belt and Doug Cornett will officiate. Burial will be in Jonesboro Cemetery.

Friends may call from 5-9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Masonic service will be at 7.
