Hannah Althea Kerr, 5 weeks old, of Cape Girardeau, Mo., received her angel wings on Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2012, at Cardinal Glennon Hospital in St. Louis, Mo.

She was born Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2012, in Memphis, Tenn., to Adam Peter and Melissa Rene (Mack) Kerr.

Survivors include her parents, Adam Peter and Melissa Rene Kerr, sisters Emma and Lucy Kerr, maternal grandparents, Jack and Jeannie Mack and paternal grandparents, Peter and Bonnie Kerr, all of Cape Girardeau.
