SIKESTON -- Haskell E. "Hack" Sullivan, 54, of Sikeston died Monday, June 1, 1998, at Vencor Hospital in St. Louis.
He was born Oct. 24, 1943, at Vanduser, son of William Earl and Lucille Box Sullivan.
Sullivan was a 1961 graduate of Sikeston High School. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
He was a truck driver with Reliable Freight Systems. He was a member of Eagles Aerie 3319 and Henry Meldrum American Legion Post 114 in Sikeston.
Survivors include two sons, Conrad Sullivan of Washington, D.C., Jeff Sullivan of Thomaston, Ga.; his mother of Sikeston; a brother, J.R. Sullivan of Sikeston; two sisters, Shirley Shirkey and Brenda Vanover of Sikeston; his fiancee, Kathy Scallion of Sikeston; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel from 5-8 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the chapel, with the Rev. Lance Smith officiating. Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
