H. Richard Niemeier, 64, of St. Charles, died Tuesday, Jan. 24, 1995, at St. Joseph Health Center in St. Louis.

He was born Jan. 7, 1931, in Cape Girardeau. He married the former Ruth Marie Werner.

Niemeier was a retired engineer with McDonnell Douglas, where he worked 31 years.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, Bruce and Greg Niemeier of St. Charles, Douglas Niemeier of O'Fallon; a sister, Freda Suedekum of Nashville, Tenn., and eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two sisters.

Friends may call at Baue Funeral Home in St. Charles after 2 p.m. Friday.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the chapel. Burial will be in St. Charles Memorial Gardens.
