EAST PRAIRIE, Mo. -- Guy Theodore Bush, 46, of Bonner Springs, Kan., died Thursday, Oct. 11, 2001, at Providence Hospital in Kansas City, Kan.

He was born March 25, 1955, at Wyatt, Mo., son of Guy Theodore and Janie Mae Carlyle Bush.

Bush served in the U.S. Army.

Survivors include his mother of Bonner Springs; five sisters, Shirley Coffer of East Prairie, Kathy Guzman of Olathe, Kan., Janice Nick, Sheila Williams and Lisa Bush of Bonner Springs.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Friends may call at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie after 5 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Mark Odle and Clifford Payne will officiate. Burial will be in Dogwood Cemetery.
