HOLLY SPRINGS, Miss. -- Grace Maile Jones, 74, of Holly Springs died Sunday, Sept. 22, 2019, at her home.

She was born Jan. 20, 1945, in Honolulu to Nevan August and Nettie Miller Fisher. She married Ronnie Jones on March 1, 1997, in Cape Coral, Florida.

She worked for International Harvester Credit Corp.'s Memphis Regional Office for 30-plus years.

She is survived by her spouse, Ronnie Jones of the home; brothers, Dr. John W. (Nelda) Fisher of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Dr. Garnett A. (Carole) Fisher of Lilburn, Georgia, H. David Fisher of Pittsburg, Texas, James M. (Martha) Fisher of Alton, Illinois, Mark L. (Leah) Fisher of Scott City and Robert C. (Sandi) Fisher of Klamath Falls, Oregon; sisters, Mary Ann (the late Bob) Shaw of Columbia, Missouri, Joy H. Kielhofner of Scott City and Faith M. (Johnny ) Flynn of Jackson. She was a very special aunt to many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Nevan A. (Geraldine, who survives) Fisher Jr. of Cape Girardeau.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Scott City School FEMA Building.

Memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the FEMA Building, with Pastor Tommy Miller officiating.

Memorials to honor the life of Grace may be made to Le Bonheur Children's Hospital, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the West Cancer Center "Wings Organization" or a charity of your choice.

Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
