Grace B. Brasher, 93, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, July 19, 1991, at the Cape LaCroix Nursing Center in Cape Girardeau. She was born March 27, 1898, at Hayward, the daughter of William M. and Melvina Vaughn Terrett. On March 18, 1917, she married William W. Brasher, who preceded her in death June 30, 1974...

Grace B. Brasher, 93, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, July 19, 1991, at the Cape LaCroix Nursing Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born March 27, 1898, at Hayward, the daughter of William M. and Melvina Vaughn Terrett.

On March 18, 1917, she married William W. Brasher, who preceded her in death June 30, 1974.

She was a member of Bethel Assembly of God Church in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include a daughter, Christine Cantrell of Cape Girardeau; two sisters, Bertie Clark of Portageville and Bertha Rettig of Hayti; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at Lorberg Memorial Funeral Chapel in Cape Girardeau, where funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday. The Revs. Cecil Barham and Rogert Cantrell will officiate, and burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
