SIKESTON -- Goldman Arthur Ditto, 74, Sikeston Route 1, died Tuesday, Aug. 17, 1993, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.
He was born Nov. 7, 1918, in Bald Knob, Ark., son of John Everett and Birdie Carter Ditto.
Formerly of East Prairie, he was a retired farmer.
Survivors include his wife, Minnie; two sons, Bobby Ditto of East Prairie, Richard Ditto of Oran; two daughters, Pat Lick and Faye Bolen of Winston-Salem, N.C.; two brothers, William and Ollie Ditto of East Prairie; four sisters, Ruth Bollinger of Logansport, Ind., Viola Brewer of Sikeston, Velvia Williams of Gilroy, Calif., Delia Odum of Kennett; 16 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, granddaughter, two brothers and a sister.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Shelby Funeral Chapel in East Prairie. Mike Johnson will officiate, with burial in Dogwood Cemetery near East Prairie.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. today.
