GLYNDA DAVIS

SIKESTON -- Funeral service for Glynda Fay Davis of Pineville, La., will be held at 2 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Steve Proctor will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Davis, 56, died Friday, Nov. 22, 1996, at Memorial Medical Center in New Orleans, La.

She was born Jan. 3, 1940, in Dyer, Tenn., daughter of Jimmie D. and Martha Louise Preslor Bass. She and Dennis R. Davis were married May 5, 1978, in Miami, Okla.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Tim Henington of Summertown, Tenn., David Henington of Puxico; a stepson, Clint Davis of Evansville, Ind.; a stepdaughter, Mandy Webb of Evansville; a brother, Stephen Bass of Sikeston; five sisters, Dot Jones, Dianne Watson and Jimmie Bell of Sikeston, Mickey Miller of Trilby, Fla., Cindy Platt of Jackson; three grandchildren; and four stepgrandchildren.
