SIKESTON, Mo. -- Glenn Masters, 72, of Sikeston died Monday, Sept. 20, 2004, at his home.
He was born Oct. 13, 1931, in McClure, Ill., son of Ellis A. and Julia Cundiff Masters. He and Helen Fern Lacquement were married May 8, 1950. She died in March 1978. He and Edith Rost Emerson were married July 22, 2000.
Masters was a truck driver with Hall Trucking in Charleston, Mo.
Survivors include two sons, Robert Masters of Munford, Tenn., Richard Masters of Collinsville, Ill.; two daughters, Lynne Churchill of Madison, Ill., Susan Masters of Munford; a stepson, Michael O'Neal of Houma, La.; two stepdaughters, Kimberley Barnett of Bertrand, Mo., Terry Massey of Essex, Mo.; 10 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; nine stepgrandchildren; and two great-stepgrandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, a brother and a sister.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston is in charge of arrangements.
