COBDEN, Ill. -- Glenn F. Aldridge, 78, of Cambria died Monday, May 3, 1999, at his home. He was born April 25, 1921, at Cobden, son of Joseph Frank and Lora Rader Aldridge. He and Mabel Pauline Dangbar were married Sept. 13, 1941, in Jackson, Mo. She died Nov. 14, 1990...

COBDEN, Ill. -- Glenn F. Aldridge, 78, of Cambria died Monday, May 3, 1999, at his home.

He was born April 25, 1921, at Cobden, son of Joseph Frank and Lora Rader Aldridge. He and Mabel Pauline Dangbar were married Sept. 13, 1941, in Jackson, Mo. She died Nov. 14, 1990.

Survivors include three sons, Frank Aldridge of Murphysboro, Robert Aldridge of Princeton, Minn., Paul Aldridge of Cambria; a daughter, Pauline Messer of Carterville; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

Friends may call at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Cobden from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. The Rev. Gary Stowasser will officiate. Burial will be in Cobden Cemetery.
