CHARLESTON, Mo. -- Gertrude Gullion, 93, of Charleston died Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2001, at Charleston Manor.
She was born March 26, 1907, in Charleston, daughter of Ben and Mary Bruenderman Stricker. She had lived most of her life in St. Louis, where she was a seamstress with Frager Brothers Dress Co. After retiring in 1973, she returned to Charleston.
Gullion was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church in Charleston.
She is survived by four sisters, Anna Bennett of Charleston, Bernadine Conroy of Palm Bay, Fla., Isabel Kirn of Cape Girardeau and Louise Sunderman of Springfield, Mo.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. today at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston.
Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Gerald Brown officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery near Charleston.
