SULLIVAN, Mo. -- George William Hoehne, 80, of Sullivan passed away Monday, Jan. 13, 2014, at Life Care Center of Sullivan. He is survived by a son, George Keith Hoehne of Bourbon, Mo.; two daughters, Rebecca Hoehne of Gardner, Colo., and Diane Brokowski and husband Ray of Salt Lake City; a brother, Ralph Hoehne of Uniontown, Mo.; four sisters, Gloria Brothers of Jackson, Vera Sandler of Perryville, Mo., Ruth Frye of Aurora, Mo., and Lillian Casten of Perryville; grandchildren; other relatives; and friends.. ...

He is survived by a son, George Keith Hoehne of Bourbon, Mo.; two daughters, Rebecca Hoehne of Gardner, Colo., and Diane Brokowski and husband Ray of Salt Lake City; a brother, Ralph Hoehne of Uniontown, Mo.; four sisters, Gloria Brothers of Jackson, Vera Sandler of Perryville, Mo., Ruth Frye of Aurora, Mo., and Lillian Casten of Perryville; grandchildren; other relatives; and friends.

Along with his parents and wife, George was preceded in death by three brothers, Charles, Ernest and Richard Hoehne.

The funeral was Thursday at Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan, with Tim McCarty officiating.

Cremation followed the service.

Expressions of sympathy may be given to Franklin County Humane Society.
