Genevieve Townswick

Genevieve E. Townswick, 86, of Omaha, Neb., died Monday, Dec. 15, 2003, at Immanuel Hospital in Omaha. She was born May 17, 1917, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of John Thomas and Martha Jane Holcomb. She and Argyle R. Townswick were married Jan. 21, 1944, in Ardmore, Okla. He died June 26, 1999...

Genevieve E. Townswick, 86, of Omaha, Neb., died Monday, Dec. 15, 2003, at Immanuel Hospital in Omaha.

She was born May 17, 1917, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of John Thomas and Martha Jane Holcomb. She and Argyle R. Townswick were married Jan. 21, 1944, in Ardmore, Okla. He died June 26, 1999.

Survivors include a son, Gary Townswick of Omaha; a daughter, Jane Townswick of Breinigsville, Pa.; and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.

Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday.

The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Janet Hopkins officiating. Burial will be in Hobbs Chapel Cemetery.
