OVERLAND, Mo. -- Gene Raymond Bollinger, 79, of Overland passed away Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2018.
He was born Nov. 12, 1938, in Sedgewickville, Missouri, son of Odie Rutherford and Wilma Pauline Seabaugh Bollinger. He married Judith Mae Meller on Jan. 31, 1970.
Gene served his country proudly in the United States Navy from 1961 to 1965. He worked as a computer programmer for EDS and several other companies, was a member of the Lions International and was of the Lutheran faith.
Survivors include his wife, Judith Bollinger of Overland; a daughter, Ann Pauline Bollinger of Reno, Nevada; and a son, Michael David Bollinger of St. Louis.
Preceding him in death were his parents.
Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday at Liley Funeral Home in Patton, Missouri.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Jerry Bailey officiating. Interment will follow in Sedgewickville Lutheran Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sedgewickville Lutheran Church Cemetery Fund.
