Gary Herbert Pensel, 57, of Cape Girardeau died Tuesday, May 20, 2003, at Heartland Care Rehab Center.
He was born Jan. 7, 1946, in Cape Girardeau, son of Herbert and Esther Farrow Pensel.
Pensel was a graduate of Central High School. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.
He served with the U.S. Army in the Vietnam War.
Survivors include two sisters, Emma Thompson and Margie Kaye Fox of Cape Girardeau.
Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home from 9 to 11 a.m. today.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at the funeral home, with the Rev. Douglas Breite officiating. Burial will be in Fairmount Cemetery.
