GARY ALLEN

SIKESTON -- Funeral service for Gary Allen of Sikeston will be held at 2 p.m. today at Ponder Funeral Home. The Rev. A.B. Ledbetter will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Allen, 38, died Saturday, Oct. 24, 1992, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

He was born April 16, 1954, at Sikeston, son of Bill and Lucy Dobbins Allen. He and Sondra Powell were married Aug. 21, 1976.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Leigh Allen of the home; his mother and stepfather, Lucy and Adon Cox of Charleston; a brother, Bille Allen Jr. of Jacksonville Beach, Fla.; seven sisters, Karen Morgan and Donna Cox of Charleston, Lisa Harden, Mary Anrl and LaDonna Kitchen of Sikeston, Kathy Derwae of Altamont, Ill., and Debbie Allen of Jacksonville Beach.
