Frieda Alvina Schoen, 94, of Cape Girardeau died Saturday, May 1, 1993, at the Lutheran Home. She was born June 11, 1898, at Tilsit, the daughter of Ferdinand and Pauline Kuehle Hargens. On April 20, 1919, she married Theodore Schoen in Advance. He preceded her in death Nov. 2, 1971...

Frieda Alvina Schoen, 94, of Cape Girardeau died Saturday, May 1, 1993, at the Lutheran Home.

She was born June 11, 1898, at Tilsit, the daughter of Ferdinand and Pauline Kuehle Hargens. On April 20, 1919, she married Theodore Schoen in Advance. He preceded her in death Nov. 2, 1971.

She also was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.

She worked for 28 years as a clerk for the Brokage Store. She also was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Cape Girardeau.

A brother, Edwin Hargens of Cape Girardeau, survives.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. today at the Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Chapel in Cape Girardeau. The Rev. Ernest Swartz will officiate, and burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
