SCOTT CITY -- Fred Perkins Weaver, 88, of Scott City, died Wednesday, Feb. 2, 1994, at Fountainbleau Lodge in Cape Girardeau.
He was born July 12, 1905, at Commerce, son of Charles M. and Alice Matthews Weaver. He and Marguerite Christine Haman were married July 31, 1929. She died Sept. 10, 1990.
Weaver was a retired conductor with St. Louis Southwestern Railroad.
Survivors include a son, Joe Weaver of Ellicott City, Md., and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three sisters.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City. The Rev. William Dickey will officiate, with burial in Memmorial Park at Cape Girardeau.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today. A Masonic service will be held at 7:30.
