ANNA, Ill. -- Fred J. Hileman, 93, of Anna died Sunday, Dec. 5, 1999, at his home. He was born Feb. 6, 1906, in Anna, son of Walter C. and Emma Bartruff Hileman. ANNA, Ill. -- Fred J. Hileman, 93, of Anna died Sunday, Dec. 5, 1999, at his home.
He was born Feb. 6, 1906, in Anna, son of Walter C. and Emma Bartruff Hileman. He and Nellie Eddleman were married March 16, 1930, in Union County.
Hileman farmed in Union County. He was a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Emma Hileman and Louise Ligon of Anna; a son, William Hileman of Anna; a brother, Elmer "Blue" Hileman of Anna; eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three sisters and three brothers.
Friends may call at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna from 5-8 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The Rev. Larry Shacklee will officiate. Burial will be in Anna Cemetery.
