FRANKLIN NORRIS

COBDEN, Ill. -- Franklin Gene Norris, 46, of Cobden died Friday, Feb. 9, 2001, at his home.

He was born June 22, 1954, in Anna, Ill., son of Carl and Helen Overton Norris.

Norris had worked at Florsheim Shoe Co. in Anna and Cape Girardeau and most recently was employed by Union County Highway Department.

Survivors include his mother, Helen Russell of Jonesboro, Ill.; a sister, Diane Wiseman of Cobden; and a brother, Carl Wiseman of Carterville, Ill.

Friends may call at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Cobden after 11 a.m. Monday.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Cobden Cemetery.
