MARBLE HILL -- Funeral service for Franklin L.B. Killian of Marble Hill will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Liley Funeral Chapel in Marble Hill. The Rev. Fred Ritter will officiate, with burial in Williams Cemetery at Perkins.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. today.
Killian, 60, died Wednesday, Dec. 14, 1994, at his home.
He was born Sept. 8, 1934, in Painton, son of Edward and Jessie Myers Killian. He and Virginia M. Wildman were married Nov. 25, 1960.
Killian worked in the maintenance department at Woodland Schools, and was a former Marble Hill mayor and alderman.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Franklin Killian of Dexter; three daughters, Charlotte Selfridge of Alva, Okla., Janet Wharton of Fort Supply, Okla., Becky Killian of Marble Hill; two brothers, Oscar Killian of Sandsprings, Okla., Max Killian of Pearland, Texas; three sisters, Myra Lalumendier of Aroma Park, Ill., Orangie Janusauskus of Kankakee, Ill., Norma Nightingale of Zalma, and nine grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother and sister.
