Frank C. Worley, 84, of Cape Girardeau died Tuesday, June 1, 1999, at St. Francis Medical Center. He was born March 10, 1915, at Doniphan, son of Frank and Grace Carner Worley. He and Lucene McConnell were married July 24, 1937, in Evanston, Ill. Worley owned and operated Worley Clothing Store for men in Dexter from 1948-64. He retired as an investment broker with A.G. Frank C. Worley, 84, of Cape Girardeau died Tuesday, June 1, 1999, at St. Francis Medical Center.

He was born March 10, 1915, at Doniphan, son of Frank and Grace Carner Worley. He and Lucene McConnell were married July 24, 1937, in Evanston, Ill.

Worley owned and operated Worley Clothing Store for men in Dexter from 1948-64. He retired as an investment broker with A.G. Edwards in Cape Girardeau.

He was a graduate of Arkansas A&M. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Dexter, a 32nd Degree Mason, and member of Missouri Athletics Club. He moved to Cape Girardeau in 1964 from Dexter.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Carole Reid of Kansas City, Cindy Moyer of Portage, Wis.; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel. The Rev. Thomas Bass will officiate. Private entombment will be in Memorial Park Mausoleum.

Friends may call at the chapel from 1 p.m. Friday until service time.
