OLD APPLETON -- Frank C. Dillahay, 71, of Old Appleton, died Thursday, Nov. 2, 1995, at his home.
He was born May 16, 1924, in Red Boiling Springs, Tenn., son of Edward and Bertie Collins Dillahay. He and Margaret Smith were married July 14, 1945, in St. Louis.
Dillahay was a member of VFW Post 4282 in Perryville. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Robert Dillahay of Uniontown; a sister, Susie Coleman of Tennessee; five brothers, John Dillahay of Minnesota, Clarence Dillahay of California, Sam, Connie and James Dillahay of Tennessee, and two grandsons.
He was preceded in death by three sisters and a grandson.
Friends may call at Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville from 4-9 p.m. today, and Sunday from 6:30 a.m.-noon. A VFW service will be held at 7 tonight.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at First Baptist Church in Oak Ridge, with the Rev. Howard Huddle officiating. Burial will be in Grace Lutheran Church Cemetery at Uniontown.
