FLORINE GILLEAN

EAST PRAIRIE -- Funeral service for Mrs. Florine Gillean, formerly of Cairo, Ill., and East Prairie, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at McMikle Funeral Chapel in Charleston. The Revs. Robert Burke and David Bowden will officiate, with burial in IOOF Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 3:30 p.m. today.

Mrs. Gillean, 77 years old, died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 1990, at Bertrand Retirement Home.

She was born Oct. 31, 1913, at Dorena, daughter of Calvin and Stella Byassee Hall. She married Ernest Earl Gillean July 22, 1935, who died June 12, 1984.

Mrs. Gillean was a member of First Christian Church here.

Survivors include two sisters, Geraldine Harris and Harriett Bush of East Prairie; a niece and nephew.

She was preceded in death by a son and daughter.
