FLORENCE NADINE PARKER

Florence Nadine Parker, 71, of Schertz, Texas, died at 7:37 p.m. Friday, Oct. 21, 1994, at the Northeast Baptist Hospital in San Antonio.

Parker, formerly of Sandusky, Ill., was born Sept. 23, 1923, at High Point, Iowa, the daughter of William Francis Brenton, who preceded her in death, and Mabel Bell Fortune Brenton.

She was a member of the Lutheran faith, a homemaker and member of the Ladies V.F.W. Auxiliary in Shertz, Texas.

She was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers.

Survivors include four daughters, Diane Lynn Maier of Mesa, Ariz., Laura Carol Seyler, and Patricia Ann Mayab, both of St. Louis, and Ora Elizabeth Canoot of Schertz, Texas; 18 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Wednesday between 6 and 9 p.m. at the Jones Funeral Home in Tamms, Ill. The funeral will be Thursday at the funeral home at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Kenneth Parker officiating. Burial will follow in the Mount Zion Cemetery near Olive Branch, Ill.
