ADVANCE, Mo. -- Fern Norma Noble, 90, of Advance passed away Monday, April 4, 2011, at Chaffee Nursing Center in Chaffee, Mo.
She was born June 17, 1920, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Elmer and Adaline Hitt Sullinger.
Fern had been a caregiver for the elderly. She was a member of Fairview General Baptist Church near Advance.
Fern and William Curtis Noble were married Nov. 5, 1938, at Marble Hill, Mo. He preceded her in death in September 1961.
Survivors include two sons, Bill Noble of Advance, Joe Noble of Wappapello, Mo.; two daughters, Charlotte Sadler of Chaffee, Carol Long of Bloomfield; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by a son, Ray Noble; four brothers; and three sisters.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Morgan Funeral Home.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the chapel, with the Rev. Earl Elfrink officiating.
Burial will be in Morgan Memorial Park.
