Funeral service for Everette Delbert Fry of Bokeelia, Fla., will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel. The Rev. Neil Stein will officiate, with burial in Fairmount Cemetery.
Friends may call at the chapel from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Saturday.
Fry, 92, died Wednesday, April 30, 1997, at his home.
He was born May 6, 1904, in Cobden, Ill., son of Thomas and Alice J. Russell Fry. He and Grace Marie Rayburn were married April 15, 1933, in St. Louis. She died Aug. 25, 1993. He and Naomi Gage were married Jan. 1, 1994, in High Point, N.C.
Fry was in the boat building and repair business from 1941 until retiring in 1965. He served in the 3rd Army Artillery Corps.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Edward Fry of Franklin, Tenn.; a daughter, Doris Orrick of Versailles; a sister, Edna Dillon of Cedar Hill; eight grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
