ADVANCE -- Everett Earl Looney, 87, of Advance died Sunday, May 21, 1995, at Puxico Nursing Center.
He was born Sept. 13, 1907, in Advance, the son of Albert and Grace Mae Straney Looney. He married Vivian Pauline Ashcraft on May 10, 1936, in Marble Hill.
Looney was a retired farmer and a member of the Brownwood General Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Carol Rae Kinnison of Bethalto, Ill., and Cherianne Hale of Brownwood; three sisters, Pansy Furere of Detroit, Norma Wilfong of Leora and Mabel Neal of Advance; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 4:30-8 p.m. today at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance, where funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Earl Elfrink will officiate with the Rev. Scott Payne assisting. Burial will be in Morgan Memorial Park in Advance.
