Everett "Ray" Crowden, 75, of House Springs, Mo., formerly of Delta, died Thursday, Feb. 2, 2006. He was born June 24, 1930, son of John and Mildred Davis Crowden. He married Mary Acheson. Survivors include his wife; two sons, Terry Crowden of Waco, Texas, Nathan Crowden of Jackson; four daughters, Marilyn Trankle and Robbin Easley of Chaffee, Mo., Phyllis Broshuis of Whitewater, Gail Nanney of Marble Hill, Mo.; his mother; four stepchildren, Jim, Danny, Bruce and Kim, all of St. ...

Everett "Ray" Crowden, 75, of House Springs, Mo., formerly of Delta, died Thursday, Feb. 2, 2006.

He was born June 24, 1930, son of John and Mildred Davis Crowden. He married Mary Acheson.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Terry Crowden of Waco, Texas, Nathan Crowden of Jackson; four daughters, Marilyn Trankle and Robbin Easley of Chaffee, Mo., Phyllis Broshuis of Whitewater, Gail Nanney of Marble Hill, Mo.; his mother; four stepchildren, Jim, Danny, Bruce and Kim, all of St. Louis; three brothers, Charles Crowden of Delta, Gradon and Randy Davis of Chaffee; five sisters, Sue Reddish, Glenda Blue, Norma Parker, Doris Parker and Deborah Cook, all of Chaffee; 23 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a brother, sister, grandson and stepfather.

Friends may call at Randles General Baptist Church from 10:30 a.m. to service time Saturday.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with the Rev. Mike Huffman officiating. Burial will be in Chaffee Cemetery.

Kutis South County Funeral Home in St. Louis is in charge of arrangements.
