TAMMS, Ill. -- Funeral for Evelyn Jost of Kerrville, Texas, was held Monday at Grimes Funeral Chapel in Kerrville. Dr. Phil Tilden officiated.
Jost, 57, died Friday, Sept. 17, 1999, in a Houston, Texas, hospital.
She was born June 14, 1942, in Tamms, daughter of Clyde Everett and Anna May Dillman Tatum.
Jost was a teacher.
Survivors include two daughters, Michelle Carpenter of Spring, Texas, Suzanne Jost of Austin, Texas; a son, Christopher Jost of Lytle, Texas; two sisters, Kathryn Provow of West Plains, Mo., Karen Kennedy of Olive Branch; three brothers, Clyde Tatum Jr. of Tamms, Leroy Tatum of East Cape, Bill Tatum of Thebes; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, and a sister.
