EAST PRAIRIE -- Evelyn Beth Johnson, 56, of East Prairie died Thursday, July 23, 1998, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, following an extended illness.

She was born Oct. 18, 1941, at Wyatt, daughter of Ben Edward and Bonnie Pearl Johnson.

Johnson was a lifelong resident of Mississippi County.

Survivors include three sons, Eddie and Ben Revelle of East Prairie, Ronnie Revelle of Poplar Bluff; four daughters, April Harris, Amy Huff, Laura Revelle and Shannon Brooks, all of East Prairie.

Also surviving are two brothers, Charles Johnson of East Prairie, James Johnson of Ironton; three sisters, Linda Midkiff of Annapolis, Mo., Minnie Pennebaker of Daisy, Fredis Garrett of East Prairie; and 17 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers.

Friends may call at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie after 3 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Bob Williams officiating. Burial will be in Dogwood Cemetery.
