DEXTER -- Graveside service for Evelyn Ruth Anderson, 70, of Dexter, will be at 10 a.m. today at Dexter Cemetery with the Rev. Kenneth Biggs officiating. Anderson died Saturday, Aug. 3, 1996, at Crowley Ridge Care Center in Dexter. She was born May 31, 1926, at Harviell, daughter of Ira Andrew and Minnie Jane Armstrong Ivy. She married Herbert Lee Anderson July 15, 1950, in Piggott, Ark. He died Dec. 4, 1974...

Anderson died Saturday, Aug. 3, 1996, at Crowley Ridge Care Center in Dexter.

She was born May 31, 1926, at Harviell, daughter of Ira Andrew and Minnie Jane Armstrong Ivy. She married Herbert Lee Anderson July 15, 1950, in Piggott, Ark. He died Dec. 4, 1974.

She had lived in Missouri most of her life and resided in Dexter since 1968.

She was a member of First General Baptist Church in Dexter.

Surviving are several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters.

Watkins and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
