EUNEZ PULLUM

BLOOMFIELD -- Eunez Pullum, 79, of Bloomfield died Monday, April 3, 2000, at Dexter Memorial Hospital in Dexter.

She was born June 27, 1920, in Ravenden Springs, Ark., daughter of Arthur R. and Sudie Higgs Lashley. She and Andrew "Bud" Pullum were married Oct. 15, 1941. He died Dec. 21, 1969.

Pullum lived in Essex many years, and had lived at Bloomfield the past 30 years.

Survivors include a son, Herman Pullum of Bloomfield; three daughters, Eunice Hendrickson of Essex, Marilyn Southerland of Wentzville, Frances Hester of Bloomfield; a grandson she raised, Kevin Pullum of Bloomfield; and a stepdaughter, Nicki Doud of Aitkin, Minn.

Also surviving are two sisters, Leora Webb of Buckeye, Ariz., Mildred Miner of Walls, Miss.; a brother, James Lashley of Lawrence, Mich.; 15 grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sons, a stepdaughter, a sister, and four brothers.

Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Doyle Corlew officiating. Burial will be in Triplett Cemetery near Dexter.
