JONESBORO, Ill. -- Eulah Sitton, 86, of Jonesboro died Friday, Jan. 20, 2006, at Oak Grove Rehab and Care Center in Carbondale, Ill. She was born July 25, 1919, in West Frankfort, Ill., daughter of Thomas L. and Ina Laura Smith Farris. She and Clifford Sitton were married Jan. 16, 1939. He died May 2, 1986...

JONESBORO, Ill. -- Eulah Sitton, 86, of Jonesboro died Friday, Jan. 20, 2006, at Oak Grove Rehab and Care Center in Carbondale, Ill.

She was born July 25, 1919, in West Frankfort, Ill., daughter of Thomas L. and Ina Laura Smith Farris. She and Clifford Sitton were married Jan. 16, 1939. He died May 2, 1986.

Survivors include a daughter, Elaine Hileman of Tunnel Hill, Ill.; a son, Rodney Sitton of Jonesboro; 12 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two daughters and two brothers.

Friends may call at Crain Funeral Home in Anna from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with Joe Aldridge officiating. Burial will be in McCrite Cemetery at Tamms, Ill.
