JACKSON -- Eula Norma Slinkard, 81, of Jackson, died Sunday, May 15, 1994, at the Bond Nursing Care Center in Marble Hill, where she had lived for the last two months.
She was born Sept. 25, 1912, at New Bethel, daughter of Levi and Frances Medlock Walker.
She married W.A. Slinkard, Aug. 17, 1929, at Jackson
Slinkard was a member of the Red Star Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Norman Slinkard of Marble Hill, Charles Slinkard of Jackson; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, five sisters and a brother.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today at the McCombs Funeral Chapel in Jackson.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. S.S. Borem officiating.
Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
