MORLEY, Mo. -- Ethel P. Pelton, 95, of Morley died Monday, Nov. 15, 2010, at Chaffee Nursing Center in Chaffee, Mo.
She was born Aug. 1, 1915, in East Prairie, Mo., daughter of Nathaniel Franklin and Lou Mahon Rodgers. She married Curtis Moore in 1939. He preceded her in death in 1959. She then married Harold M. Pelton Feb. 25, 1961. He preceded her in death Sept. 10, 1969.
Ethel was a member of First Baptist Church in Morley.
Survivors include a brother, Paul Rodgers of Cleveland, Tenn., and 20 nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and three sisters.
Visitation will be after 4 p.m. Wednesday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran, Mo.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the chapel, with the Rev. David Thompson officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens near Morley.
