MOUND CITY, Ill. -- Ethel May Gray, 86, of Mound City, died Sunday, March 21, 1993, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo.
She was born May 5, 1906, in Olmsted, daughter of John and Rickey Witzman Welch.
Gray was a member of First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a son, Michael Lawwill of Mountain View, Calif.; 13 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three sons and a daughter.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Barkett Funeral Chapel in Mounds. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery at Olmsted.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 10 a.m. Wednesday.
