CAPE GIRARDEAU -- Graveside service for Ernest Hezekiah Stovall of St. Louis will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Memorial Park. The Rev. C.E. Fleshman will officiate.
Friends may call at Hoffmeister Funeral Home in St. Louis from 4-9 p.m. today.
Stovall, 83 years old, died Saturday, April 6, 1991, in a St. Louis nursing home.
He was born May 10, 1907, at Crump, son of James H. and Elizabeth Randol Stovall. He and the former Jesse Proctor were married in 1930.
Stovall was a salesman 35 years with Mayrose Independent Packing Co. in St. Louis.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Norma Bond of St. Louis; a son, Donald Stovall of St. Louis; two brothers, Max Stovall of Cape Girardeau, Kenneth Stovall of Granite City, Ill.; a sister, Ruth Dasher of St. Louis; seven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by eight brothers and sisters.
