LUTESVILLE -- Ernest A. Angel, 75, of Ferguson, formerly of Lutesville, died Monday, May 6, 1991, at Christian Northeast Hospital in St. Louis. He was born Aug. 20, 1915, at Sank, son of Joseph W. and Clora Rowe Angel. He and the former Velma Eaker were married Dec. 15, 1938...

LUTESVILLE -- Ernest A. Angel, 75, of Ferguson, formerly of Lutesville, died Monday, May 6, 1991, at Christian Northeast Hospital in St. Louis.

He was born Aug. 20, 1915, at Sank, son of Joseph W. and Clora Rowe Angel. He and the former Velma Eaker were married Dec. 15, 1938.

Angel retired from McDonnell Douglas, and was a member of Florissant Masonic Lodge.

Survivors include two sons, William and Wayne Angel of Union; a sister, Ada Elledge of Lutesville; six grandchildren, and a great-granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by four brothers and a sister.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Liley Funeral Chapel here. The Rev. Luther Rhodes will officiate, with burial in Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 10 a.m. Thursday.
