He was born July 14, 1982, in Hayti, Missouri, to Fred and Sheila Vaughn Atkins.
Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 8, at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.
