TAMMS, Ill. -- Emma Vernell Dailey, 91, of Tamms died Wednesday, April 25, 2007, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.
She was born March 25, 1916, in Keokuk, Iowa, daughter of Charles Warren and Emma Kelly Randell. She married Dallas Dailey, who died Nov. 3, 1974.
Dailey was a former factory employee. She was a member of Tamms Pentecostal Church and taught Sunday school many years.
Survivors include two sisters, Marguerite Wade of Cape Girardeau and Alice Thomas of Dora, Ala.
She was preceded in death by six brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. to service time Saturday at Jones Funeral Home in Tamms.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Joyce Huff and Joann Allen officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery near Dongola, Ill.
