CHARLESTON -- Elsie Myrtle Sisk, 91, of Charleston, died Saturday, Oct. 8, 1994, as Charleston Manor.
She was born Oct. 14, 190-2 in Ripley County, daughter of Nelson and Della Margaret Jones Sutton.
She had lived in Mississippi County most of her life. She was a member of the Charleston Church of Christ.
She marred Serrah S. Sisk on Sept. 8, 1923. He preceded her in death on June 14, 1979.
Survivors include a son, Charles R. Sisk of Poplar Bluff; three daughters, Wilma Long and Margaret Jackson, both of Charleston, and Joyce Rose of Nashville, Tenn.; two sisters, Viola Sutton and Lela Sutton, both of Doniphan; 10 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, one brother, and two sisters.
Service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston with the Rev. J. L. Laughlin, pastor of First Christian Church in Charleston, officiating. Burial will be in Union Cemetery at Ponder.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
