BLOOMFIELD -- Elsie Ada Pritchett, 94, of Bloomfield, died Tuesday, Oct. 15, 1991, at Bloomfield Nursing Center. She was born Oct. 30, 1896, at Zadock, daughter of Bennett and Susan Capps. She married Guy Pritchett Dec. 22, 1916, who died Dec. 18, 1963...

BLOOMFIELD -- Elsie Ada Pritchett, 94, of Bloomfield, died Tuesday, Oct. 15, 1991, at Bloomfield Nursing Center.

She was born Oct. 30, 1896, at Zadock, daughter of Bennett and Susan Capps. She married Guy Pritchett Dec. 22, 1916, who died Dec. 18, 1963.

Pritchett was a member of Walker General Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son, H.M. Pritchett of Bloomfield; four daughters, Thelma Sides of Madison, Ill., Reva Durham of Buckeye, Ariz., Alma Kinser of Dexter, Margie Julius of Caseyville, Ill.; 12 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sons, Jewell and Clive Pritchett; 13 brothers and sisters.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Chiles-Cooper Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Jerry Pennington will officiate, with burial in Walker Cemetery near Bloomfield.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. today.
