ELLIS R. LEIMBACH

PERRYVILLE -- Ellis R. Leimbach, 61, of Perryville, died Sunday, March 21, 1993, at Jefferson Barracks Veterans Administration Hospital in St. Louis.

He was born May 28, 1931, at Wittenberg, son of Albert and Amanda Stueve Leimbach.

He married Alice Weber Feb. 11, 1956. She survives.

He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church of Perryville, VFW Post 4282, and American Legion Post 133.

Survivors are his wife; sons, Carl Leimbach, Cape Girardeau, and Donald and Timothy Leimbach, both of Perryville; daughters, Charlotte Harrington, Paducah, Ky., and Connie Oswald, Perryville; a brother, Allen Leimbach, Scott City; sisters, Hildagard Schilling, Cape Girardeau, Wilma Mueller, Perryville, and Flora Oberndorfer, Frohna; and eight grandchildren.

A sister preceded him in death.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville from 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. today.

Service will be at the funeral home today at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Donald Loesch officiating. Burial will be in Immanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery.

The VFW conducted a wake service Monday night.
