ELLA SIDES

PERRYVILLE -- Ella O. Sides, 88, of Perryville died Wednesday, Dec. 15, 1999, at Perry County Nursing Home.

She was born Aug. 4, 1911, at Crosstown, daughter of Johan and Margaretta Stelling Wahlers. She and Raymond A. Sides were married April 8, 1934.

Sides was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church in Frohna and its Ladies Aid.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, LeRoy Sides of St. Charles, Clyde Sides of Arnold; two daughters, Loretta Oswald of Kansas City, Dorothy Koenig of Cape Girardeau; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by a son, three sisters, and four brothers.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 5-9 p.m. today, and Friday from 6:30-8 a.m.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Concordia Church in Frohna. The Rev. Wayne Palmer will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
