KARNAK, Ill. -- Ella Schnaare Mann, 87, of Karnak died at 5:20 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, 2002, at Massac Memorial Hospital in Metropolis, Ill.
She was the daughter of Charles and Margaret Wiesenborn Schnaare. She was married to the late Leo Mann. He died in 1959.
Mann was a member of the St. Luke Lutheran Church at Olmsted, Ill. She had worked at the Inman Hatchery in Grand Chain, Ill., was a past member of the Olmsted Ladies Aid and the Lutheran Women Missionary League.
Survivors include a daughter, Margaret Wise of Braidwood, Ill.; a brother, Henry Schnaare of Karnak; four grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
She was also preceded in death by a sister.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at Wilson Funeral Home in Karnak.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. at St. Luke Lutheran Church at Olmsted, with the Rev. Carl Miller officiating. Burial will be in the Masonic Cemetery at Grand Chain.
