MARBLE HILL -- Edward Moore, 73, of Marble Hill died Saturday, July 1, 1995, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

He was born Oct. 16, 1921, in Cape Girardeau County, the son of Bert and Dora Baker Moore. He married Alma Cox on Nov. 1, 1949, in Piggott, Ark.

Moore was an Air Force veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, James Moore of Louisville, Ky., and Lynn Moore of Marble Hill; and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, Jerry Moore.

Friends may call from 8 a.m. Monday until time for the funeral service at 10 a.m. at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance. The Rev. Bob Bradford will officiate.

Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery near Advance.
